Inspection and Testing

Inspection and testing should be periodically carried out. This is not just so landlords and employers keep a record of the condition of the electrical systems but for insurance purposes too.

We are nothing less than professional and all signed off work is registered to the part P building regulation scheme, and we issue all certificates upon completion of work carried out. So you can put your mind at ease when you enlist in our services.

Recommended maximum period between inspections as stated in guidance note 3:

10 Years (or change of occupancy)
Domestic property

5 Years (or change of occupancy)
Commercial/office/village halls community centre

3 Years
Leisure complexes/ Cinemas/industrial.

3 Months
Construction Site
